I think it would be too busy for a patio. I like stone, but with a natural look.

I would probably use mostly plain ones and then use a few with a printed design randomly. I guess when too many have a picture on them they don't pop.

No, I like a pattern made out of different tiles rather than a pattern on a tile.

Too fancy for me. I prefer an uncomplicated look.

No. We just replaced our old patio this spring with simple, no fuss poured concrete. I love the clean look. Plus...IF you want to sell your house....a quilty design may be a deterrent to buyers. Keep it simple. Pavers are fine. But use the same design throughout. Our quilt obsession is not always appreciated.

sure! I watch a lot of Italian shows and the tile floors in buildings are to "die" for.

I really like the last photo of the stones in the neutral color. I would love to have that look on my back porch and around the pool.

Oh yeah! My smallish patio would look great in those, and it would discretely indulge my love of somewhat-controlled scrappy.

I have pretty simple taste and like things more like nature intended them so if I had the money or choice, I would still stick with the plain ones. LOL

If it looked like Victorian terratso tiling I think it would be great. Lots of houses in Oz have verandahs covered in this sort of tiling. They look great, are cool especially with water thrown on them in the very hot weather. Very easy to clean.

Very nice looking, BUT I would get very tired of looking at it all the time. Plain pavers work for me. Maybe use them as an edging or a small focal point, but not all over. At least not for me.

I would install a compass rose in pavers without a problem.

I think I would tire of it after a while, but it does look nice.

For some reason I feel like they're suitable for an indoor/outdoor room, like a sun room. They don't feel "outdoorsy" to me - I think I prefer more natural looking stones on the ground outside, like large flagstone or slate pavers.

We had a large concrete patio poured at our old house, and we had them lightly stamp the concrete with these very subtle fossil shapes and add some small ripples and slightly irregular edges to make it look more like stone - that was my favorite patio ever. It was all very subtle but "felt" more natural than concrete usually does. I'd like to do the same at my "new" house but there's already a (standard) concrete pad in the way.

Depends whereabout you put these pavers at and how is the traffic flow in that areas?

Personally the only one I truly like is the on point squares
(the red tile in the group of 4 colors).
Than I would only use it as a border around a field of plain tiles.

There is a Mfg rep (he works out of our offices), and this is one
of the NEW Mfg he reps for. These tiles go for about $25 sq ft
(I think that is what he told me last week).

Many patios are extensions of the interior just as many bring the outside in. I have a friend who has tiles in different designs and they look like a quilt on a bed. Her design has 2 different borders. It's quite pretty but not really that busy. She is very artsy. She and her husband bought plain pavers and used paint for concrete/cement, then did their own design.

We have a covered patio with a concrete slab. It measures 12' x 20'. We do want to flagstone pavers on the front sidewalk leading to the front door someday.

Instead of using them all over, I would try to arrange them to appear as a rug under a seating area.

Yes this! It is very pretty but I would not like it for flooring.

A Spanish friend (amigo) of mine put in new back patio, driveway and sidewalk this summer. He is doing the work himself, so it took all summer. This evening I drove past his house and noticed the sidewalk is now laid. There is a large star in each large square of sidewalk, I think about 4 or 5 of them from the street to the house. What I saw was very beautiful, but I just drove by and didn't get a close look. Since the stars seemed to be all alike, I thought it was very nice.

If money were not an issue I would LOVE them for a patio and I would love the pool shown too.
