Not yet, but I recorded it.

JustAbitCrazy 03-19-2018 06:54 AM

Was it good?

Prism99 03-19-2018 10:05 AM

Dh disliked it. I enjoyed it.

I watched it, and liked it.!!

I recorded it too - can hardly wait to have the time to watch it.

I watched it, but there are few choices when all you have is the basic plan. I found it to be choppy, no flow. I will not watch it again. I much prefer a rerun of Foyle's War, Midsummer Murders, New Tricks, or Miss Marple.

I watched it and it was okay. I can't make up my mind if I like or don't like the Reinhart character. I think he comes across as acting a bit too silly. I will watch another epi and then decide if I will continue watching.

We too watched and liked it. Some kind of a twist is coming I believe. He asked the detective about a gun, then opened his safe to his. He also is a crack shot for an academic. I think he has a "past life" of some kind.

Kind of quirkie but great show! Keeps you guessing.

Like Dunster, have it recorded and hope to watch soon.

Annie68 03-20-2018 06:05 AM

I liked it!

DH said it was OK and he'll give it a chance. I really liked it, but I like the main character. His partner wasn't the best, but she may develop later.

There could be a lot of good story lines here if the writing is more focused.

I also liked the first show.

Sometimes it takes a while to get into a new show. I figure watching 3 shows will tell me if I will continue to like it. What starts out great, sometimes peters out and vice versa. I watched several new shows that I thought I would like this season and stopped because it was either going nowhere or I could see where it was going and didn't really like the story line.

I liked it. Most shows I know the "who dunnit" part in just a few minutes. This one I was wrong. Close but wrong. There is a lot of room for character development.

i think he will mellow out a bit...I like him as host of masterpiece mysteries and in cast of The Good Wife. There was mention of his having been in the CIA, so there is a history that will probably be revealed down the road....
