Iron performance -
 
I was wondering how the performance of different irons compared - so I googled "performance of irons" -

and there was a lot more information about golfing irons than about the ones that are used in the sewing room! lol

I’ve only had two irons in 55 years. First one lasted 40 years. I can honestly say my first one was better than my second one. My first one did a ton of ironing. Thankfully, I only iron fabric now.
