Woohoo went to it and missed getting a hundred dollar card by 2 people ! Sigh .. but stocked up on other items including some Fons & Porter books I have been wanting for a while (but didn't want to pay full price for !)YES I am cheap, but one has to save a penny every chance they can !! I had a 60 % off coupon (from the internet) and then everything I wanted was 1/2 off! SCORE on even the batting !! DH was really amazed at it and just couldn't believe all the women shopping-just standing and omgoodness-dare I say it : the shopping carts full of items. DH just couldn't believe it, bolts and bolts of fabric and package batting just too much for his widdle brain to handle !LOL He finally caught up with me at check out with a cuppa coffee in his hand !LOL

i stay away from crowds like that. but you sure did SCORE!!!!!

We are finally getting a Joann's here. Won't open til spring 2012 though. Maybe I'll get lucky then.
