I was in Joans today and was looking for some fabric and was feeling their quilt fabric and some of it felt like what I was giving away that I did not feel was very good for quilting, the the only thing that felt like it had quality was name brands like Moda. I was rather disappointed with it.

Do they have Moda at Joann's? I haven't noticed it at my store.

ours carries timeless treasure and moda.....

i have found JoAnns, and other fabric stores are like everything else... have lower end fabric and some higher end fabric. Definately buyer beware... always feel it first.

I like JoAnn Stores but you do have to really watch their fabric.
