Order take-out. Also in another area, set up electric hot plate, slow cooker, electric skillet, or any small appliances that you may have. Use throw-away dishes.

We lived in our shop/garage/ quilting rm for 3 years until we built the house and I set up a kitchenette. Still had my freezers/2 refrig. on a table had set up microwave, toaster oven and 2 burned hot plate. Gas grill was in garage and it had a burner on one side. We also had a crock pot in the hutch for using too. Good luck!

Start saving milk jugs to fill with water, or you can buy water jugs at the store and then refill. I've been living with no kitchen for 1 yr. We use electric skillets, microwave, grill, George Forman, Crock Pot, and we got a Nu wave Oven in November and absolutely love it. You can cook a whole chicken in it and if you get the extender ring you can cook up to a 16 pound turkey. You can cook chicken pieces with potatoes or veges pretty much all at once.

The main thing I remember from remodeling and adding on to our kitchen is that we hooked up the sink water lines and the drain with flexible piping. So I had a sink the whole time. Husband moved it out during the days carpenters had to work in that area.
