Hubby and I are thinking of taking a trip next year for our 5 year wedding anniversary.

We have a couple of places in mind, but I was wondering if you knew of anywhere outside North America that you've been and really enjoyed?

Thanks for your help!

Don't have an outside US destination, but Alaska is nice at the times you mentioned. You might like a cruise on the Inside Passage.

Alaskan Inland passage cruise is a nice trip. Hawaii is great and the prices should be good at this time of the year. Europe is always intersting. Can I come along. i am ready to get away for a while.

I don't live there but have been to Albuquerque N M several times at that time of year. The big Balloon Fiesta is sometime around then.

Brown County, IN Lovely especially in the FALL. It has been nicknamed "Little Smoky Mountains" Wonderful leaves, shopping, flea markets and great food.

Take a Viking River Cruise on the Danube and Rhine River. It's a small ship, 150 passengers, and we had the most fun of any place we have been! October should be good. That's when we went, and it was cool to cold. You don't have to dress up like the big ships, and it's just a great time!

Italy is fantastic at any time of year....... so much to see and do. The art is amazing, the country itself beautiful, the beaches wonderful and the people are warm, welcoming and make you feel at home!
