Celebrated a late Easter today. My youngest daughter couldn't make it home for Easter so we had it today with her. We had good food, fun and played many card games. Nice to have her here for a few days.

I know how you feel! Our oldest DD came home for Easter, we hadn't seen her in 2 1/2 years. Weekend was WAY too short! We spent the whole weekend sewing.

Yes it is hard I have 4 children an]d 3 live way too far to visit often. I always told them, I didn't raised you to move away from me LOL Didn't make an impression

We often have early or delayed holidays, as long as I get to see my family? all is good!
Happy to hear you had a great visit :D:D:D

Our family gatherings are frequently on alternate days so we can share our kids with their spouses families too.

Happy for you my oldest had masters classes on the weekend and so couldn't make. Won't see him until June or July. sigh....
