Does any one know how to match up seems and make it easy? I have a hard time doing it, I don't know if it is my roller cutting or sewing, but it is hard for me . Please help me.! Thank you, Josie

It could be cutting, or sewing, or both. You basically have to disect each part of the process to see where the problem is.

Would like to suggest a book by Sally Collins titled "Mastering Precision Piecing", and/or her DVD "Sally Collins teaches you precision piecing". I recently purchased both and I'm running samples.

When I'm having a hard time with seams, I use Elmer's washable school glue. I take the pieces to my ironing board and place a tiny dot of glue in the seam allowance, making sure the seams match, and press with my iron. The iron sets the glue. Once the seams are all matched, I take it to my sewing machine and sew. If the glue needs to be loosened, a drop of water on my fingertip is enough to take the seam apart again.

Yes, drink the Sally Collins Kool-aid.

Her first book has a lot of the same information, and is sometimes cheaper.

I have seen Sally Collins on TV a few times. I do admire her ability to master the precision! I'm going to put her book on my list.
