I do not remember which chatter shared with me. I am sorry. All I know is that this is one of the neatest sewing-related charities I have seen! After seeing this, I visited Goodwill, rounded up a pile of pillowcases for 99 cents each, and went to town! After buying the binding ribbon, and a little elastic, I think that each dress cost me just a little over $2.00.
