Not to change the subject of this beautiful lemon meringue pie, but today I FINALLY found some real key limes! I don't have a need for them right now, but I'm going to juice them and freeze for the next time BF passes through town. That's his favorite.

I love lemon merangue pie, on my birthday every year I am trying to find a place that will have it for dessert. Closest I come is a lemon cake at a local Greek restaraunt.
