That was my question, too! At first I thought maybe it was a husband trying to be helpful and attaching wheels to his wife's sewing machine so it would be easier to take to classes and retreats. Lol.

How cute! The machine was prob a parts junker & had seen all its better days. Glad someone put their imagination to use & gave it an afterlife - maybe as a lawn sprinkler???
