Sorry, I should have explained it better. When a cat is trapped to be spayed or neutered it called TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return). They need to be trapped because they are feral and they could scratch or bite. Once they are spayed or neutered, they are set back in the wild (some can be adopted). The TNR cover is put over the cage (trap) so that it calms the cat a little bit. It is like a sewing machine cover except it has a little section on the top for the handle on the cage. I would like to make some to help a place that does trapping but can't find a pattern. Hope that explains it ok. Thanks.
