Mac High Sierra

Has anyone installed this on their Macs?

I with they had continued with the big cat names.

I have High Sierra, it follows Yellowstone.

nope, my 9 yaer old macbook pro is still running el capitan. That’s as far as it can be upgraded due to either memory or processr limitations... I Miss the big cats too... Most of the security info I’ve seen lately strongly recommend keeping up with updates, so I guess I’ll have to replace mine in the near future

I'm still running Yosemite. I'm afraid if I jump up to Sierra, some of my programs won't work, and it doesn't seem worth the risk.

I have been shopping and reading reviews of the High Sierra but was hoping for a better price before or after Christmas. I am enrolled in Ricky Tims photography class which starts in January and my laptop is too outdated to keep up with Photoshop and Lightroom.

My Mac Pro is running High Sierra. I haven't seen any difference. I think it updates automatically.
