No, but I will email my SIL who was with me at the time and see if she remembers. Also think I'll try a Google search and see what pops up. Will let you know what I find.

http://www.thinkgeek.com has them for $4.99, one for men and one for women. I've purchased from this site before, it is great for goofy things. Not that the remote is goofy, in fact it is brilliant!
