Medieval History

Resurrecting King Richard III - They found his remains under a parking lot in 2013.

I watched this on PBS the other night and then found it online. It is very interesting. Science, history, and medieval reenactment all rolled up in one documentary.

It is amazing what they can find out with modern science. I saw a story where they discovered 2 skeletons buried holding hands. Now what kind of brothers me is.....what do they do with them now. I guess getting laid to rest with reverence and love only lasts so long.:(

yeah, i'm not for digging people up. But i guess if anyone digs me up I won't really know about it. I do love documentaries, especially on the Rulers of various Countries.

I love these shows! Saw one where the scientists can use a new kind of scanner to "see" the inside structure of ancient buildings and pyramids to find out how they were really made. Fascinating stuff!
