She is not black and white like the standard she is what they call blue/gray which is a beautiful color but not the breed standard.

When my children were young they named our puppy Daisy spelled DAYZ, how else would a 4 year old spell it So Spotzzz makes perfect sense. And in their eyes no dog will ever be as good. It looks like Izabella will think the same of Spotzzz

May they have a long and happy life together. Take lots of pictures along the way. I had been worried that my son at age 3 was too little for a fast growing dog. As an adult he said he was not too little. He has loved all the danes we have had.

Those are a real couple of keepers! Beautiful child and adorable dog. I would enlarge that picture of them to "poster size"! Truly, moments in time to remember forever!
