Does anyone here use this financial program that helps you to
keep track of your spending and such?

I don't have that much money to have someone else manage it for me or keep track of what I spend. I know what I can spend and don't go over that amount... If you have a $100 to spend, that's all you should spend. I rarely ever use a credit card. I was a RN during my working career for 46 years. It didn't take me long to figure out how long, or how many hours, or how many days I had to stand or be on my feet to pay for something I wanted to buy. I learned a long time ago how to manage my money. I have also learned that everyone (magazines, ads, TV, stores, etc.) wants your money! Now when it comes to buying fabric, I can go a little overboard and dip into savings sometimes! LOL!!

It is a fine program, part of the family of products of TurboTax.
Even if you don't have much 'stuff' or investments, it takes time to populate. It works great when it syncs with your banks or brokerage or loans. When it doesn't it's a pain :)

For something free by a responsible company you can't lose.
If you change your mind about using it, it is easy to delete. Unlike facebook with probably has more information about you than Mint every will...

I populated it to see where the money that goes through the hole in the pocket was, sodas, coffee, papers, etc.

The best thing I have found to curb my spending is a prepaid credit card. There is something about spending money from that card that really holds me back and makes me really think whether or not I need the item!

I figure, the fewer websites that have my info, the less I have to worry about hackers. And remember, if something on the internet is free, YOU are the product that is being sold.
