As some of you may know my son and his wife are expecting my first GB in July.

Yesterday my daughter announced she is expecting her first baby in October!

Two new babies in the house for Christmas this year.

I'm busy sewing and hubby has already knitted a beautiful shawl, bonnet and booties. He is a faster worker than I am!

We don't know the sex of either as yet. My son and DIL have chosen not to know and my daughter and SIL hope to find out at their next scan.

We are going to the Australasian Quilt Convention tomorrow so have added suitable baby fabric to my ever growing list of absolutely necessary purchases.

You are in for sooo much fun! Love those grand-babies, even the big ones. Our oldest is 15 and his brother is 14, still the best things ever. We have 6, 3 boys and 3 girls. Hoping for more!

DH, DD and I went to the Australasian Quilt Convention today and spent half our time looking at batiks and the other half looking at baby fabrics.
