Although plastic totes sounds really good (that's what I wanted to do) there is a lot of wasted space. My husband told me but I just knew he didn't know what he was talking about. I hate it when he's right.
How far of a move??

Use small pieces as packing for dishes and glassware. It really saves room. And not all the paper to be tossed or recycled. A lot less mess. Just refold the fabric and you are done. :

I allways wrapped my dishes and breakables in my fabrics

What the???????

I'm afraid I didn't understand this either

When i moved, I labeled the boxes with my stash as cat liter. That way I knew which boxes went in the sewing room, and nobody would let them get rained on. I moved in November so it was raining cats and dogs. I am surrounded by people who just assume my fabric could all go in the dryer, to dry! Ask me how I learned this?
