They have discontinued making the belts, so they are hard to come by. My belt has been replaced twice since it was new (once in the 1970s and once in the 1990s) and it is beginning to fail and I haven't found a replacement and I've taken it to three different sewing repair shops--have only seen some used ones on a UK site, but am wary of those.

Hi, Is this what you need? http://www.ebay.com/itm/PFAFF-1222-S...-/261361330066

Sorry - found a picture and the ebay listing is for a diiferent model. All I found was a reply to someone that said it was Pfaff part # 60271.

Fabulous find! That machine looks like it wasn't used much.

A friend got me one last year at a yard sale for $10. It cost me $70 to get serviced but I love, Love Love my Gertie. It is the smoothest free motion quilter I have ever used and is a solid as a rock. Needs oiling every day I use it but just on the race. Some feet you can get at the local Singer dealer as most are made under the same umbrella these days. Mine by the by is a 1964 version in a traveling case. One man who studies these things says it is the Cadillac of sewing machines. Enjoy!
