Sorry to shout but she did this all on her own. Ok her friend called up and said B&R think ice cream!! is hiring and she called the owner and then did the interview and waited all day today (Wow the emotions in the house were very high until we got the call!!) Anyways I am so happy for her the first step for growing up!

My goodness, I think that a child's growing up is just as hard on the parent as it is for the child. Glad I have gone through all that with my own but I am always thrilled when something sets a milestone in their lives.
