My daughter posted this picture today on Facebook and I stole it to show you guys. With everything going on with our family, is very refreshing to see a beautiful smile. She makes me happy when I feel like crying. Here is Amarilis with her boyfriend.

My daughter lives in NYC, I live in Plattsburgh, NY, 350 miles away. Before the end of the month we will move back there and she will live with us for at least a year, when she is planning to go for her PhD in Chicago. It will be the farthest we have ever been, but I don't mind. I have raised her to be close to her family no matter how far we are. We speak on Skype often and I see her where abouts in FB every day. I just make sure I keep up with the technology to be in close contact.

We tried to lock her up but she found her way out to college. she is now 22 years old.

Darn kids too clever for their own good :wink: LOL
