I went to a new consignment shop today on the way home...yup there are at least 20 of them from my work to home...anyways...I went in and was looking around and saw three Thomas Kinkade pictures...my favorite...I asked the woman how much since they were not marked and she said how about $8.00 for all three...YAH...I took thoses off the wall real quick...she must have no idea how much they go for...I paid 150.00 for one a few years ago. How I love to go consignment shopping! - I posted pictures...boy is it hard to take a picture of a picture...

I am trying to get my son interested in consignment shopping....I know he would enjoy it and the savings...You just have to be picky and not buy junk...for me its the thrill of the hunt.

Nice score! My Mom is a watercolor artist and she'll go to Goodwill and yard sales, etc. looking for matting/frames. She takes the existing,possibly ugly picture, out and recycles the frame...smart way to keep down the costs of your craft.
