My dog is barking and telling me to go to bed! He just got into his bed. He is the ruler of the house.

Oh I am so glad that my dog is not the only one. If DH goes to bed before me she keeps right on barking until I join him.

My Lacie will come and stand in front of me, just staring. Or if I am sitting in the recliner, she will get up on the arm of the couch, and just look at me.

Either way, I know she is trying to tell me that she is ready. She won't go to bed without me.

My DD's cat does that to me at night. He gets all over me and wants me in bed where he curls up in the small of my back.

Those furry babies do rule the house don't they. I know mine do
