Clever. I was thinking 'wow, how energetic' then got to have a good laugh

I like your exercise plan. Here's mine. It's called the potato sack plan. You use the sacks in place of barbells. The first week I used 5 lb sacks and did 10 repeats. The next week I increased to 25 repeats. The third week I changed to 10 lb sacks and did 25 repeats. The fourth week I gradually worked up to 50 repeats. That worked so well that the fifth week I put a couple of potatoes in the sacks!

:)

I can do this one!!!!

Stitchnripper 04-21-2012 03:49 PM

Very cute! Was it a 6" block or did you go for the gold and use a 12" block?

Neesie 04-21-2012 03:59 PM

Here I was, thinking you were serious . . . and feeling guilty, for my laziness! :D

Rubesgirl 04-21-2012 04:36 PM

My DGS has a huge bag full of blocks. I'll have to pass this on to my DD so she can do her laps, too! Loved this one and loved the potato sack exercises. Thanks for making me laugh today!

QuiltnNan 04-21-2012 06:06 PM

Ditter43 04-23-2012 08:05 AM

That sounds a lot like my idea of a great program. You just tried to do too much the first day!! giggle, giggle!!!

heberstitcher 04-23-2012 09:53 AM

TOO FUNNY!! I don't think I could even run around a real block once!!

Jingle 04-23-2012 11:51 AM

I'll just sit and watch you guys. Very funny, I like the potato sack one too.

butterflies5518 04-23-2012 02:44 PM

hahahahaha too funny, I thought you put a quilt block in the middle of the floor and ran around it - now that I can do! Keep up the good work!

nuttyhurricane 04-23-2012 03:11 PM

That is as bad as a round toit. I know some people who carry them around in their pockets. K

jlwheart 04-23-2012 08:07 PM

You all are too much! Here I was looking for exercise partners or at least someone to help me be more accountable and what do I get. Joy, pure bliss! I got a big laugh and for that I'm very grateful. Now about that exercising...

And here I thought you put one of your squares on the floor. And I was going to yell at you for taking a chance on stepping on it and possibly damage a quilt in the name of exercise.
