I was talking to a friend and she has a Janome MB4 Embroidery Machine and the 1st needle is locked

Does anyone know how to get it unlocked?

Good news, she got her machine fixed all by herself, was a bent needle and had to take it back to default program, so now she is embroidery again on her machine
