I enjoy quilting, but I also enjoy painting. I took a Painted with a Twist Class last night and this is what we created.

The pattern was drawn on the canvas when we got to class. All we had to do was paint it as the teacher showed us how to mix and blend paints.

Isn't painting fun? One of my DDs and I took a 'one stroke' class together. Learned a lot.

zhillslady, you'd be a good painter. "Cause you don't paint straight lines when you paint. I paint in watercolors, but don't have time anymore. Too much to do, so little time.ha

Oh my I like this. I crochet alot of Fleur de lis and use them in the bread basket. I like this And I am going to try to crochet a much bigger one. Thanks for sharing and the idea!!!!

aaahhhhhh, awesome!!! My sister wants us to do that at home in Lafayette if I ever get back home. And she is wanting to do a fleur de leis. Can't wait to try it.

Cajun Quilter -- I did the one in Lafayette last year. We did a crawfish. I love this class. I understand that they are all over the USA. You will have fun!!!
