I'm so happy! This is the 1st time in 4 years that I have been able to use my real ornies. I have been using plastic ones because the cats were little and kept messing with them before LOL.

90% of these were hand made by either friends, my mom or myself.

Pretty tree

I love sitting and looking at trees with many "memory" ornaments. At one time my girls and I were so poor that my youngest painted 3" cardboard pieces and after 28 years they still hang proudly on my tree!
Beautiful tree!

Mine are like that...lots of meaning in most of the ornaments...

I love homemade ornaments. Our daughter is 49, I still have a ceramic "present" with her 2nd grade school picture glued onto it, also our son's crocheted 3" Christmas stocking from his 2nd grade teacher, he would have been 47 this year. What wonderful memories!!!!I love to look at the pretty Victorian ornaments, but I cherish my beautiful ornaments over any of that. Merry Christmas!

I have seen this tree up close and personal and it is beautiful (photos don't do it justice) and the meaning of each ornament will live on with Dawn's granddaughter and son. You are so lucky to have these beauties!

This year my two youngest grandsons, ages 4 and 6 came and decorated our tree. Their put the lights on and DH put on the star. I was allowed to watch. The boys wanted to do it themselves. There are no ornament on the bottom or the the top foot. Only where they could reach. I used to collect angles and have a lot of angle ornaments. When the 4 yr old found he hollered "Oh Grandma you have a tooth-fairy.'' After the decorated we had a tooth-fairy tree.
