You can check on line but I think that the My Twinn Dolls are the same size as a 3 year old little girl.

No, they are like a 0-3 month size in clothes. But they need a narrower neck to fit right. There is a really good sizing chart on this site http://www.morrisseydolls.com/sizechart.html for all different popular doll types including AG and My Twinn.

I have one of the My Twin dolls. Are you just needing to know how big to make the clothes for the customer's order?

I can loan you an outfit from the doll so you can take measurements, but will eventually need it back. Let me know, OK?

The doll is 23".

Sorry - my girls are 22 and haven't had dolls in a LONG time.

How very kind of you.. I got measurements from someone but thought if I could find a inexpensive doll that size it would be nice for a model..I am only knitting sweaters and hats in a simple style and want to adapt it to the larger size

I thought it was very clever that when the Cabbage Patch dolls came out the arms were way too short, thus not allowing people to buy or use regular baby clothes for them. You had to buy special CP clothes. I realized this after sitting next to someone selling CP doll clothes at a craft fair.
