I just sent this to my DIL, who is starting what is called HELL week. She, as well as my son, will be in a bodybuilding competition this coming weekend. She calls her trainer She-Ra.

I've seen this before, but still laughed. I do Senior Boot Camp 4 times a year (I'm 64). I love it. Our instructor says no matter what we call her at the end of the day her name is still ****. Usually my boot camp is at 11 am. This month I was the only one so sign up so I moved to the early morning group. 5:30am. Now all these people are younger than me by 15 to 20 years. Guess who works circles around them? Love it.
