in honor of National Autism Month, I made pins for all the special needs teachers and para-pros (24 of them) at my grandson's school , (he has Down Syndrome), should have heard all the squeels of delight from these workers. they never get enough credit for all they do .Because of their hard work, Kevin is on the edge of learning how to read., he's 9 years old now.

The pins are cute. It was nice of you to do that for the teachers. I also have a grandson that has Autism. He is 10.

I bought a yard of the Autism fabric last year at Hobby Lobby for a "someday project".,not a clue at the time what I was going to do with it. sometimes ideas just light up in your brain like a lite bulb, may do it as a fund raiser next year.,and donate the money to Autism Foundation.
