Indeed!! But I did buy something new for today -- Millstone's Pumpkin Spice. Maybe a hint of cinnamon but I taste nutmeg too.

Need to find a good reason for grinding some of my Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. I save it for special occasions. Maybe tomorrow after I get my Indiana driver's license and license plates for my car. Then I can celebrate being finished with my "new resident" tasks.

I am celebrating right now with a tasty cup of joe in hand. What a great day!! It should be followed by National Doughnut Day or National Cookie Day (and then followed by National Go for a Walk Cause You Celebrated Too Much Yesterday Day!)

Someone mentioned a taste of cinnamon... we enjoyed delicious coffee the other day and when we asked what was different the waitress said they sprinkle a little cinnamon over the fresh grounds before brewing.... YUMMMMM!!

I have seen that trick used in restaurants before. They go with a whole range of spices, Cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, even black pepper! Some of it is yummy, as for some of the others, I dunno...

I had a small amount of Kopi Luwak, which is suppose to be the most expensive in the world. Not for the taste but how hard it is to get! The beans have to be eaten by a special animal in the jungle and then expelled. I remember it being very good but glad I didn't know how it was harvested before I drank it. Oh by the way at the seminar, there was only one American brand served, Eight O'clock 100% Colombian, the rest were considered too low quality to serve.
