Need advice..
Before my Mom passed just this past March but while she could still do good embroidery I keep her busy with patterns & printed on fabric thru my printer.
My question is: I want to gift my 3 brothers pillowcases with some of her work. But 2 of them are single. Do I gift them 1 or 2? Oh, patterns are mens night shirts & womens gowns... |
I would gift them with a pair each. Queen sized beds are standard, and even if they sleep in singles, having a change of pillowcases is always nice to have.

Unless you are buying twin sheets most sets come with two pillows. Even in my twin bed I have lots of pillows. You could always make shams or throw pillows. But just because they are single now, doesn't mean they will always be single. There may come a time if they are using one pillow now that they will use two later on.

Give them each a pair - if you can.

i also vote for a pair... i even keep two pillows on a twin bed

Is there a night shirt on one pillow and a woman's gown on the other? Or are they mixed? Kind of odd pillowcases for single men. Maybe suggest that it's okay if they put them away for the future?

i'd give 2
