I don't know who or what is punishing me, but suddenly I cannot see any pictures on "just" QB...what the heck?!?!? All of the smilies also show a broken image icon.. I have rebooted, cleared my cache, but I am clueless as what to do from here. I can see pics on all other web pages. Also, when I try to click on a link in someone's post, it goes to a "STATUS 404- NOT FOUND"..but again, only on here!!

Anyone have any ideas???

Sounds like it might be a server issue. Are you on a network?

When pictures aren't loading for a website, it's usually a problem on the website's end (server side), not with your computer. You can see pictures on other websites, right?

I'm able to see pictures. Try again now.

I haven't been able to see them either. My husband is an engineer. He says it's a server issue. I can see pics on other sites, so it's not the computer. The text is on one server, pics on a different server. I'm wondering if it's a regional problem. I'm in the Pacific NW.

We have broadband with a router, but only a household network...if that answers your question?? lol I don't know if that is considered a network...I'm dumb!

No luck here. It just started yesterday and I am quite embarrassed at the withdrawal I am having because of it! This site is soo addicting!

Well, it's 6 pm/ 24 hrs later and still can't see any pics...guess I will have to find another site to fixate on and try this one again some other time. Bummer, but that's life :)

This site is notorious for not showing pictures to us dial-up users. Sometimes they eventually show up, and sometimes you can right click and open the picture in an uncluttered page.

Well, sorry you can't see anything either, but glad it's not just me.

Don't even get me started on the immature, selective Locking! I think it's completely ridiculous, unless someone is being ugly, mean, and nasty. We are adults here, aren't we? I guess it's all in who is reading your post and the mood at that second? It's their playground and we just play in it. This is sure to be locked too~ oh well.

I can't see them on my laptop which is connected to WiFi at work...but next to my laptop is the company computer that is hooked up to wired internet, and I can see them on that one.

It is two different servers/networks.

Well, that is odd, but thank you for offering that information! My husband and I both use laptops upstairs, but I haven't tried the desktop in the basement! If I can see them on that one, I will totally confused as to why! We just have broadband with the router....and why wold it just be all of a sudden?? In saying that, I don't have trouble seeing any pics anywhere but here and I really don't get that...oh well. Thanks for your input :) and let me know if it changes for you, if you don't mind?
