Need help finding a quotation on a panel
 

My sister asked me to help her find a fabric panel that says "it takes a long time to make an old friend", which I think should actually say "it takes a long time to grow an old friend". But in any case, I have found nothing by searching the internet. She says she's seen one, a sort of tapestry look in green and brown, and it would make a pillow-sized item. Has anyone seen something like this?
