Has any else noticed that a lot of current fabric designs look like amoebas. Just received two new emails from fabric shops. Almost half the fabric had swirlies with little critters in the middle. (dots, ovals, etc) Maybe the brain eating amoebas in Fl. have me spooked.

Yes I've noticed that for awhile. I don't know if it lack of motivation on my part or what but I like it....but don't know what to do with it! I can pull colors together to go with it but after that I get a brain fart & can't go any further........

Don't know where in Florida you are, but here in South Florida most of what you see is exactly as you described it, and not inexpensive either.

I haven't seen this yet... but it sounds intriguing :D:D:D

I don't care for bugs, so I'll pass on it, thank you very much! I'm trying to stick to stash, anyway, so there is that much more for everyone else out there! :)

in the "news" there has been advice about swimming -- for protection against amoebas wear the nose plugs.

I've been quite disappointed in the new fabric that I've seen online. I must be getting old, none of it appeals to me.
