New Grandbaby news!
 

I have been really absent from here for ages. I was just getting the fabrics together for my second kid's wedding when I stopped posting regularly. Our youngest kid, his girlfriend and their baby moved in with us for six months and that occupied a lot of my time. I did get the quilt done in time and it turned out beautiful. I do still need to take pictures though....oops.
In the process of finishing it my daughter (the oldest kid) found out that she and her boyfriend are expecting. They had been talking for two years about getting married, so they did that pretty quickly, three weeks before the second kid's wedding.
They got the news today that they are expecting a BOY! Now I can get busy sewing the boy items.

I'm glad you are back.
We have a small house and all rooms are occupied. No room for anyone to live with us now.
