The New Teacher

This one is dedicated to everyone who ever taught school, parented children, or served their country!!!

A former sergeant, having served his time with the Marine Corps, took a new job as a school teacher,
but just before the school year started he injured his back. He was required to wear a plaster cast around the upper part of his body.

Fortunately, the cast fit under his shirt and wasn't noticeable.

On the first day of school, he found himself assigned to the toughest students in the school.

These punks, having already heard the new teacher was a former Marine, were leery of him and
decided to see how tough he really was, before trying any pranks.

Walking confidently into the rowdy classroom, the new teacher opened the window wide and
sat down at his desk.

When a strong breeze made his tie flap, he picked up a stapler and promptly stapled the tie to his chest.

......Dead silence...He had no trouble with discipline that year.

My DH was a sub. teacher for high school and jr. high for awhile after he retired from the Army. And he sure got a laugh out of this.

OMG, what a hoot this was. My DH (USNavy, Retired) is still laughing. I've sent it to everyone I know...thanks for the laugh.

WOW--where was he when my rowdy son was in school-
I barely survived his school years-but now I get to watch his gray hairs grow with 3 rowdies in school at the same time -I never wished this on him but I am enjoying it all the same : )

I always told my son that he would get children just like him. And he did-he called it a curse-maybe it was!
