yes! This was so very interesting. Recently an acquaintance showed some 100+ yr old photos of my little town..so very interesting, to see how things changed. Also gave meaning & understanding to the names of the areas within the town. Living in cities and maybe living in areas with nature? I have 6 children, 2 of them LOVE the city and could not survive the country setting. Interesting.

That was awesome - We have a neighbor with a green garage roof right here in St. Paul, and when I saw it, it looked weird, but I noticed there were plants, which I believe were herbs and stuff. Thank you Nivosum for the wonderful site. Edie
