Maybe they think if they say they love the new look - it means there was something wrong with the old look and they liked that look also - does that make sense :?

The new look is GREAT!

Looks really great. Went from natural silver to an updated color with blonde highlights. Everyone said it looked great and that's fine but it made me feel really great and that is what mattered the most.
