i've gone to a couple of planning commission meetings - and listened/watched them a couple of times on TV - I know - I gotta get a life -

sometimes it sure seems that these entities whole reason for existing is to thwart people's plans

or take so long in coming to a decision that the petitioner has either lost the window of opportunity or the costs for the project have escalated tremendously
