Hi, I have an app on my lap tap for nook book (like a kindle). Has anyone used one of these type devices for downloading patterns or viewing quilting books, magazines?

Looking for ideas.

I got a Nook color for my birthday and just love it.
Call your local Barnes & Noble store and I bet they can help you with the app. I know I can download books, magazines and newspapers to read on my Nook color and that I couls also read them on an ipad, iphone and regular computer.

I used my "LookBook" first Nook, to read quilting mags. I put the Nook for PC on my reg. computer and print from there. I now have an IPAD and am waiting for my printer so I can send directly to the printer. It saves me money and accumulating all of the mags.

I have the kindle on mine and in the fine print it states you cannot print up the pages you need for the patterns. I have the Radient New York beauty book and it is useless.
