ManiacQuilter2 05-10-2015 05:58 AM

Very cute. I am not allowed pets either at my apt that I moved to almost 2 years ago.

Great job on those cats! (I also like your signature quote)

Look at my Avatar and share the Alpacas....She's telling him she's not his mother!

How cute! Friend of mine bought a condo and she had 2 small yorkies. The HOA restricted pets. She had a choice to put hers back on market or have someone else care for her furbabies. She chose to run for the board on the HOA and won. She entered a motion to revise the restrictions and within 2 months after the revision over 55 owners were registering their babies. The morale at those condos has changed immensely. Moral of the story check the HOA restrictions because pets of all kinds can be banned.

I can see the back on her made like a Dresden plate....

Way to go, to your friend. It reminds me that my grandmother told me eons ago, that if nobody wanted make me a president of their company, I should start my own and become president. That was back in the early 50's and it amazes me that she was really ahead of her time.

Regarding the cats: They are so adorable. You are my kind of gal, obviously if you can't get your own fur-babies, you can make your own. This shows that there is more than one way to skin a cat. LOL Of course, I don't know why anyone would want to skin a cat.

Those patterns are all soooooo cute, but I think the prices are in pounds? Can I here in USA order? ...and what would my price/S&H be.. Wonder if there is an outlet here for those patterns.....

tlpa 05-11-2015 10:20 AM

Anniedeb 05-11-2015 06:55 PM

The fabric and colors on the first one are to die for!!! I love it...great job!

sewellie 05-11-2015 07:10 PM

when I type in that site, I get it costs $2.49, not free. I wonder where they are located and what the U.S. amount would be? Oh, my, I would love to make one!! I like kitties more than people.hahah

lass 05-12-2015 03:14 AM

I love them. Want one for my own!! lol

Sewnoma 05-12-2015 05:37 AM

Oh!!! How CUTE!

I need to make one of these...thank you for posting a link to the pattern! I love the sleepy eyes.

DH's gran loooves cats but she is bedridden and the only cat in the house is ancient and has become too weak and can't get up on to the bed (and gets stuck and has "accidents" if you PUT her up there, so no more kitty on the bed). I think Gran would love a cheerfully-colored stuffed kitty to keep her company!

I've made her a cat-themed quilt and a wall hanging of a cat chasing butterflies, so it even fits into the theme of gifts I've given her int he past. :)

Onebyone 05-12-2015 07:01 AM

Any house that does not allow pets (other then for medical reasons) belongs to people I don't want to be around. My DD will love these cats for her office. She has four cats at home.

caspharm 05-12-2015 10:56 AM

Very cute patterns. I may have to make a couple, because we are planning to travel, However, I am still having kitty deficiency :).

mjhaess 05-12-2015 03:10 PM

Cute...I just could not be without my fur babies....

trolleystation 05-13-2015 02:19 PM
