But i wanted to share! I just bought it from a used furniture store. Its a 1950's red and white dinette table! It is in wonderful shape just needs some cleaning!

Beautiful table and chairs ,enjoy :-D Tip:Once you clean it , put rubber tips on chair and table legs before you ever use it in your house. Ask me how I know this! Little half circle cuts in the vinyl flooring we had at that time. :cry:

If you lived in Oregon, I'd say I know where you got it!!! I saw one JUST like it in an antique store...with all the STUFF on top just like that!!!!! I didn't look at the price....and I find it amazing you all think these are great...LOL -- I grew up with a table like that and detest them!!! LOL

I grew up eating on a table like that, though it was grey. My parents still have the table in the rafters in the garage. The chairs all died long ago.

Is your kitchen theme red? My aunt's is. I never knew there were so many red things for a home until I saw her collection. Enjoy your find.

oh goodness, reminds me when i was little. we had a table with benches that folded down on each side.
also remember having a washing machine with a ringer to "wring" out the wet clothes. my Mother was working then and had hired a "maid" to do our laundry. she got her hand caught in that thing!!! We were so poor, i can't believe she was able to hire someone to help out, but she did.

I love it! My daughters boyfriend has one. Hes into the 50's!
