A friend of mine found this and poted it on Facebook. I thought it was neat and kind of interesting. Not claiming any deep significane - just a curiosity.
This year has 4 interesting and rare dates 1.1.11, 1.11.11, 11.1.11 & 11.11.11 just wait... It gets better. Now take the last 2 digits of the YEAR of your birth, add the age you will turn this year and it will equal 111......try it. (Reposted from a friend). The only time we have found this not working is with those born in 2000 and after. |
I thought "NO WAY" so added quickly in my mind. No, that can't
be right. Counted again, it IS right. Very Strange. Added my kids's ages, all of them added up that way. Very, very strange. |
Just tried it and both my husbands and mine come out to 111. Weird. I'm going to have to send this to my daughter.

freaky

Yup, it worked for me :D

My daughter is getting married on 9/10/11.

My BDay this year will be 11*11*11.

Weird & freaky
|
Oh, that's just plain strange! Twilight Zone anyone??
|
cool. I'm going to have to show this to my son - maybe it will stimulate his interest (or lack thereof) in math!!!
|
Works for me.
I love playing with numbers. |
Strange and I hope we don't have another thing like 911
happening since they put such stock in Numerology. :-( |

thats really cool! It worked for everyone but my daughter born after 2000. Fun! I'll share it with the math teachers in my school.
|
My 3 kids and I were all born on either the first day of the month or the 11th day.

Makes sense if you think about it. Its figured from 1900. The ages and years are proportional. So in 2000 someone born in 1901 would be 99 this would add to 100 same for someone born in 1999 this person would be one in 2000 thus added together would also be 100. If someone was born in the 1800's their number would be 211, the 1700's would be 311 and so on.
It was neat though. |
