I love that & sure agree. Regardless of what the scale says,it's the NSVs that really matter.The NSVs that mean the most to me come from my own heart.They're awesome!!


I would think it would be awesome if when we weigh in at the end of the month that we post a NSV that we have now. That is there the rubber meets the road so to speak with weight loss.

Last post for October. I am happy with my results. The results motivate me to move on to November. This is better than weight watchers. I am inspired by comments made by others and good suggestions offered. My personal goal is to lose the same amount in November as I did in October. See you in November and HAPPY HALLOWEEN.

Yike! I gained this month!!!! I have my FQ cut & ready to mail.

Woohoo! My pound stayed off, so I've lost 3 1/2 pounds this month. That's been a long time coming. How many more? I don't know. but I'd like six unless my face gets too thin.

Blue and/or white. I have white, but I doubt if there's any blue in the house except for patriotic. Not my color. Who will get our quarters?????

Congrats to all who lost, keep up the hard work those who gained and maintained. You are in control.

I lost 4 pounds this month!

No, I am not the winner.

so far, only 7 people have logged in. Kind of odd to only have 8 losers out of over 50, don't cha think?

I didn't lose enough this month - I was about to say but then realized 4 pounds was great! It's 4 pounds less than I was carrying around last month. I'm patting myself on the back. And a big hand for all of you who lost any amount at all. It's definitely progress.

Ladies, so far only 17 have signed up for November group.
