Here's a video of Oregon -- with music. I don't know who created it, a friend sent it to me --- I can identify (and have been to) about 80% of the places. ENJOY!!!

Oregon is such a beautiful state, I have been to most of those places too :D:D:D

Beautiful, thanks. I've been to about 80% as well, I think - third generation Oregonian.

We went there for our 10th anniversary... packed our camping stuff and took a plane (timely airfare wars - cost us $150 rt from Chicago to Portland!) rented a car and drove down one side of the Cascades and up the other, camping in the gorgeous state pks along our route.... I'd love to do that again sometime!

ahhh... HOME!

I knew we should have moved there. DH didn't want rain and fog. Duh, what do you think we have here?
I love having both ocean and mountains, amenities and wilderness, outdoor stuff and dressy stuff.
I would love to live there.
Thanks.

Oregon is so fun. Kite flying at the beach to skiing in the mountains. Pick a direction. Fun video, thanks.

Too bad you didn't talk to me before you settled!!!! We're in LaPine - south of Bend. NO FOG, hardly any rain! We'll get weather forecast for thunderstorms and will get maybe 3 drops. It's NOTHING like the coast and the valley. Course, we DO get snow in the winter (maybe) and COLD! But we're retired...we stay inside when it's cold!

I was born in Portland, and have visited the city many times, thanks ever so!

I'm originally from St. Helens so I'm kind of partial to Oregon. One of my favorite memory places is Cannon Beach. I spent many days there when I was a kid.
