I spend as much time outside in good weather as I can. I love to hike to see all the flora and fauna, taking along binoculars and camera. I garden, read, do crosswords, crochet. I used to knit and do hand embroidery and sew clothes until I got hooked on quilting.

Bullet pencils have 2 parts. They come apart and turn over inside the sleeve to protect the pencil. The opposite end is rounded like a bullet. Farmers used to like them for their overall pockets. Seed corn dealers used to pass them out. My Grandpa started me collecting them. Hard to find anymore. Sometimes tourist places have them too.

Lots of car clubs in Ohio and Indiana. We have meet several in our Model T. The covered bridge tour out there in Park Co. is fun. Have done that twice. What kind of antique car do you have?

I also love gardening and save seeds. Maybe we can swap a few...what do you have available. I will check my stash as well. It will be spring one of these days.

I crocheted "The Lord's Prayer" in 2008. I received a grand champion ribbon at our county fair, then in 2009 I took it to
the Indiana State Fair and got a blue ribbon.
I am now working on the "Footprints" saying. It is all done except the title. It is larger than my first item.

My Granddaughter collected pencils. We helped her one year to make display boards for the County Fair. She won second place for Unusual Collections. She had over 500.
I collect Angels, new one each Christmas, but people give me them also. Takes a whole day to get them all out at Christmas. Most are in storage right now. I also collect fountain pens.
I sew, crochet, Swedish Weaving, jewelry making, needlepoint and of course quilting.

I love Swedish weaving, but only know one other who does that. I love Tams book or patterns and used them to make many aghans. Do you have a favorite author or do you make up your own pattersn.
