Paper Dolls Christmas Print, would like to make paper dolls
 

Have the fabric and the clothes, would like to cut out the dolls and the clothes, would like the clothes to stick to the dolls and stay, has to be easy enough for little fingers to use. Has anyone done these? I did a search but not found anything that I would like to do. Thanks for any suggestions.

how about magnets on the bsck of the doll and the think ones you get like business cards

I saw one in a LQS that used buttons to anchor the clothes to the dolls. Each doll was in a square, with sashing between squares, very simple. Maybe use velcro if the child is too young to maneuver buttons?

The flannel works really well.

Iron-on interfacing also works.

I used flannel for the ones I did. Used heat n bond to adhere the flannel to the back of the clothes and they stay on the doll really well.

I was thinking of the heavy pellon, now I have to look and see if I have some, if it were fusible that would be even better. Tomorrow will look and see.

I made them for two great nieces and what I did was press the fabric onto heavy weight pellon that had an adhesive side. Then I cut them out and cut out the stands too. The girls loved them!

I did the same thing for my granddaughters a couple of Christmas' ago.
